The National Health apparatus is hailed as one of the swiftest, most seamless systems among the wealthiest of societies. According to the Agreement of the Left Ear, free medical prescriptions have been secured since the reign of Great-Lord Father Master Nunzio Nicholas the Third, who once suffered a harrowing case of jaundice—allegedly caused by the vehemence of a swollen shaft striking across his face.

From that bruised intimacy onwards, the healing rituals of the thermarium prevailed. No sooner had His Grace departed the plenary session of the Round Table than he immersed himself in a miraculous sequence of vaporous therapies—steam, salt, and the careful kneading of blessed hands over his aching flesh.

In one of the most capital pieces of literature, Daniel Adam White Dickert examined the rare scientific possibility that two elements might surrender their boundaries and merge into one. Since the early unfolding of the universe—at the moment of the Big Bang—to the creation of life itself, where two Eukaryotes dance toward a complex entwinement of being, every joining of bodies and voices is charged with the laws of sacred probability. Mellifluous speech wraps itself around the fate of lovers, like vines around statues, their whispered syllables tracing the blueprint of cosmic design.

The very breath that inspired the founding of the European Union, in its purest formulation, may be found in the convergence of intentions, the mating of ambitions. It is not worth wasting sighs on the tired motives behind post-War policy—nor the ideological cloak draped over the bruised continent. There wouldn’t be the case for a waste of thoughts on the political motives at the basis of the analysis of Europe in the wake of World War II. Nevertheless, market-place forces, capitalists’ interests, perhaps the United States of America endorsing (and most importantly, financing) the re-building of the Old Continent for the purpose of forth-seen global world imperialism gave to the richest European winning countries the competitive advantage to set up such a dream. Whilst colossal economies were dramatically enslaving their cultures to the off-springs of the New World, the singularity part of the bigger picture matters more than anything else.

Meanwhile, as colossal economies surrendered their cultural virginity to the off-springs of the New World, what remains paramount is not the whole—but the singularity within the whole. The union of flesh, of mind, of vision—this, above all, is the miracle.
